Travel guides (digital downloads)
Our guides are digital files (PDF and EPUB), delivered to your email within minutes of purchase. Because you receive the whole guide instantly, we can't offer refunds for change of mind.

If something isn't right, a file won't open, a link is broken, or something important has changed since the guide was written, email us at hello@luxetravelstudio.com and we'll fix it. If we can't put it right, we'll refund you.

Bought the wrong guide by mistake? Email us within 48 hours and we'll sort it out, usually by swapping it for the one you meant to buy.

Custom trip planning
For planning sessions and custom itineraries, the fee and what it covers are agreed before you commit. If we ever have to cancel on you, you get a full refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something we sell has a major problem, you're entitled to a replacement or a refund.
