These terms

By using this website or buying anything from it, you agree to these terms. They sit alongside our Refund policy and Privacy policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Travel guides (digital downloads)

Our guides are digital files (PDF and EPUB) delivered to your email within minutes of purchase. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the guide for your own travel. Please don't share, resell, republish or upload the files anywhere; copyright in every guide stays with Luxe Travel Studio.

Travel changes: prices, opening hours, menus and visa rules can change at any time. The guides are advice, not a guarantee. Double-check anything your trip depends on, like entry requirements, before you book or fly.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers. If a pricing error ever slips through, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Refunds

Refunds work as set out in our Refund policy: no change-of-mind refunds on digital guides once delivered, but if something is wrong we'll fix it or refund you, and wrong purchases can be swapped within 48 hours.

Travel planning and booking services

For planning sessions, custom itineraries and booking services, the scope and fee are agreed with you before you commit, as described on the Travel Planning page.

When we make bookings for you, we act as an arranger between you and the travel suppliers: the hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators and other providers who actually deliver your trip. Your contract for each travel service is with that supplier, and their terms, including cancellation, change and refund rules, apply to the booking. Supplier cancellation or change fees are set by the supplier and are outside our control.

You're responsible for your own travel documents: valid passports, visas, vaccinations and any entry requirements for the places you're visiting. We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip; choosing and purchasing it is up to you.

Liability

Travel involves factors nobody controls: weather, strikes, schedule changes, suppliers changing hands. To the extent the Australian Consumer Law permits, Luxe Travel Studio's liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to resupplying that service or refunding what you paid for it, and we're not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party travel suppliers. Nothing here excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
